  • Depending on the size & condition of the structure, my home inspections on average take between 3 and 4 hours to complete.
  • The Inspection I perform for you will consist of inspecting, on average, more than 120 different inspection points.

I strongly recommend that you attend the inspection if at all possible

  • Although, many of my clients are from out of state & I have performed inspections for clients outside the country. So if you are unable to attend the inspection for one reason or another, the report you will receive will be very clear and easy to understand.
  • And if you are not quite sure of something, I will always be here to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

Don't worry - Relax

  • I understand that the purchase of a new home can be a very stressful situation for some. Not only will I point out discrepancies found but I will also teach you a whole lot about your new home.
  • Every house has issues. Most issues are standard, deferred maintenance issues. But there are the few that have major discrepancies. Not only will you be informed of these issues in a clear & understanding way, I will explain to you the difference between the two.
  • Don’t let standard maintenance issues stand in the way of you getting your dream home. Anything can be fixed. The question is, at what cost.
