I have preformed more than 1,800 inspections for private individuals, investors, real estate agents, title and insurance companies and Mortgage Lenders.

My name is Kevin M. Leonard, the owner/operator of The Home Inspection Company.

I have passed the NHIE (National Home Inspector Examination) & am an ASHI Certified & Board Certified Inspector®.

I perform Home Inspections in Cincinnati, Dayton, Hamilton, Fairfield, Mason, Loveland, Milford & all of SW. Ohio.

I am strictly a full time Commercial Real Estate property and Residential home inspector. I do not spray pesticides or perform repairs on properties that I have inspected as this would create a conflict of interest & is not permitted per the code of ethics of ANY Nationally recognized Home Inspection Association. This is very important when choosing an Inspector.

I have Over 28 years combined experience in the Home Inspection, building, and remodeling industries.

I am the Former Vice President (2002-2006) of The Ohio State Chapter of The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

Home Inspection Reports are emailed to you and your realtor the same day as the inspection. Reports are also printed with a color laser-jet printer for the highest possible quality report and put into a high quality transparent cover and sent to you via USPS. Reports may also be burned onto a compact disc, or faxed to you in color or black and white.
